ACORN POISONING - SAD STORY FROM THE WOKINGHAM TIMES **Picture Warning**

So the owner "cared" so much for the poor mare that it went 3 days before they found out about it - and it was nursing a foal as well????????????? Oh, yes I bet they were REALLY upset. Hope they get prosecuted for neglect.

not really tried the garden rake even bought a new one they are the wrong shape as only the centre parts rakes up acorns , i am thinking of a garden leaf vac , going to go to homebase tomorrow see if that will do the job, raking is well ,takes too long

Poor Mare. Devastated owner...who doesn't even turn up to remove their animal. sounds sadly like another indiscriminate breeding story where animals are left to their own devices and not checked on.

We still have thousands of the things in our field.

Thats sad. I cant believe the owners were not checking on the horse at least daily. Hope trading standards lands a nice admin fee on the owners along with the disposal costs.
