Acute onset of diarrhea

My poor boy has got acute onset of diarrhea like water some of it vets called yesterday as soon as noticed it , given iv meds worm count only done last month and had bloods for tapeworm which were all negative , obs were all ok , if no improvement then having bloods

Sounds like you are doing everything you can.
Did the vet recommend anything, such as a probiotic?
Did any feed change? Weeds or poisonous plants?

How old is he?
Have you wormed recently?

Hes had regualr worm counts done every three months as part of normal regime and vets reccomendatios always clear , on pre and probiotics normally anyway had some more via paste last night and this am , he weighed at the treadmill on weight bridge end of may at 610 kg he went last week and now 603 kg

Is he dropping weight? My friend’s horse had this recently and it was linked to low protein levels. Just a thought

He passed awful loose diarrhea with vet there yesterday so not faeces water xx

Mine had this from Colitis but it was following suspected colic. They tend to only get Colitis if under the age of 7
