Has anybody been to one of his clinic's? Is he any good? We're thinking of taking our recently acquired ex-racer to a clinic soon as she is very headshy.
yep, I did a clinic with him and took my old girl, he was great, would definitely recomend, in fact where is the clinic? Would love to go watch him again!
Hi, I have met Adam, some 5 or so years ago, when a friend, a reputable breeder of racehorses had him over several times to "talk " to her mares and youngsters, presumably for an insight? Now ..I am truely Mrs Sceptic ...believe me!! and when it was suggested that, as he was in the area he should come to look at my mare [ with whom I had been having issues on under achievement ] I agreed whilst secretly scoffing! He arrived, I showed him the mare... [chestnut lol!!] and said nothing other than age neither did he ask anything particular, she immediately took to him in the fact that she didnt move to the back of the stable , licked and chewed when he introduced himself which was unusual in itself. He told me to go away, which i did for an hour or so. When I came back he told me, among other things, that she was unhappy in her feet, so I took her shoes off, her performance and temperament changed for the much better and she is still unshod to this date with the most perfect feet! A nice quiet and unassuming man, mind is still open but can say was pleased with the results. I hope this helps, these subjects are so objective emotive and personal, its very difficult to say yey or ney.
