Adding pics to profile......how do you do that!

Anyone tell me how to add a pic to my profile .... not of myself but have a nice couple of my horse I'd like to add

Just *please* keep them small!! lizzieuk1's is perfect! It irritates the hell out of me seeing big pictures in sigs!
