Adding picutres

I tried the search engine and came up with nothing (please bare in mind me and modern technology are arch enemies)
I've logged in and started a thread and there is no options anywhere to upload an image and i eventually noticed down the bottom left in lists of things i can do it says i cnat add uploads!
Do i nee dto have a paid account or something else to do this couldnt see what the problem is, any help appreciated thanks jsut want to introduce me and my pretty new horsie

What you need to do is to upload your pictures to Photobucket, and once on there click on the IMG code. ~This will cut the pic, then come back to your thread and press the paste it will then appear on your thread. You can preview your post to see what it looks like if happy then post it. Good luck with it.

ooo ive never played with photo bucket sounds complicated may have to get the it nerd at home to do it for me lol
