Adding tie rings to lorries?

Is it possible to have tie rings put on the outside of lorries?
My new box has none on the outside, and no where suitable to put my string loop!
Has anyone had them added, and how much did it cost?

yes as long as you fit the ring with bailers twine in case the horse pulls and all should be fine.

May I add,please be very careful about where you place the rings.

I saw a horrendous accident once that I wouldn't wish on anyone. A horse pulled back (the string loop didn't break) and ripped an entire panel away from the side of the lorry...the ring bolt had been fixed just through a panel. He took off around the showground with what amounted to a scythe attached to his head, no-one could catch him and in the end he fell, his legs were sliced up so badly that he had to be destroyed there and then on the showground. Absolutely tragic.

I remember that Enfys, it was 3 years ago not far from us. They had only recently bought the pony and it wasnt insured either (£3k). It was tied directly to the ring. Very sad.

When we put tie rings down the side of my lorry they were coach bolted right through to the rubber internal walls, we use the elastic quick release bungys to tie our ropes to.
