Additional Exercise to help with Dressage

In the absence of eight big-moving continentals to practise on every day, what additional exercise do you find helps with one's dressage seat? Alexander technique, yoga, pilates?

I've got a very bouncy one who is extremely difficult to sit to, especially when he's flying accross the arena in extended trot, and I feel like I'm flying off the back of the saddle!!

Need something to help with core-stability, I reckon.
 
I started Pilates a couple of months ago and am finding it really helps. However, I only go once a week which probably isn't enough, but no other local classes and I'm not motivated enough to do it on my own!
