Adjusting albion saddles

Is it possible for the width of an albion saddle to be changed?
Am looking at a second hand saddle that has had a 'new wide gullet fitted', and wondered if I bought the saddle, would I be able to get a different gullet fitted?

I had my slk dressage saddle adjusted but not sure if all of them can be. You should ask your saddler. It is expensive though. Mine had to be sent to Albion to be changed.
