Adjusting the flaps on a WOW saddle

What tools do you need to to undo the bolts? The bolts don't look familiar and I want to swing the flaps forward.

You just need a screw driver with a hexagonal head or an aln key.

Its a number 4 hexagonal head you need for undoing the bolts, go gently and don't force them when you put them back in, just watch the angle you put them in at as they are not straight up and down, its very easy once you've done it a few times. PM if you need further advice, I was formerely a WOW fitter.
