Admin have agreed to the HHO Bit Bank

So if people would like to gather together lists of bits that they have and are willing to loan, please then PM Holly_Jane who is going to put the info in a Database.

Holly_Jane has asked if she can have a few days to compile the database before people start to ask for bits.

A sticky will be made in here and in Comp riders as soon as I can get admin to do it.
