I'm trying to find a sharer for my pony could you look over this advert and see if it needs anything doing to it please?

14.3hh 17yo ISH
needs a sharer/s for 3/4 days a week, kept in essex at a small DIY yard with good off road hacking and a nice size sand and rubber floodlit school, Potter is forward going and snaffle mouthed, good on the flat and to hack, jumps well, would suit an experienced small adult or teenager with hands on horse knowledge. call or email etc,

does it look ok??
 
Do you need a financial contribution? Can they do a weekend day? Days negotiable? Any restrictions on what they can do on their days? What chores are required?
 
The fat that ive said its a diy yard explians they need to do all job's does it not? days i'm easy with, same as money, i'm short of time so anyone that can help would pretty much hsvr free rein to a point

Not necessarily. The horse I shared a few years back was on a DIY yard, but the owner still went up on 'my' days to do him. I'd obviously get everything mucked out/hayed/feeds ready etc after I'd ridden, but she'd still come up to bring him in later that day. She just liked to see him every day.

If you're not fussed about money, maybe make it clear that you're looking for a sharer due to time rather than financial reasons?
