I'm thinking of lightly advertising my horse, but can anyone advise where? I know lots of people swear by Horse Quest but is it REALLY that good?? Its just that its pretty expensive to do so (£35, although I dont mind paying that if I get a result).

My problem is that I'm in NE Scotland so I've found when I've advertised in "national" places like Horse Deals magazine etc. that I got no response I guess because English people don't fancy coming all the way up here. I've always had more luck with Scottish websites etc. BUT my horse isn't your basic RC type horse and is therefore worth a bit more that most horses I've seen on these sites so I'm not sure if I should go down that route again. Ideas?!

When I was looking for a horse, I checked Horsequest every day and went to see a few, also H&H, but ended up buying my amazing horse through word of mouth.

And yes as someone in the Midlands, I wouldn't travel to Scotland, although if we were closer and I'd made sure that the horse was exactly what I wanted, then we may have made the trip.

The PC website (not as expensive as Horsequest) is brilliant for any up and coming young riders who are looking for a good horse. I used that too, sold my brilliant horse on there within days. :)
Sorry, doesn't help much. :/ Good Luck. :)

I know of a few people in the north of Scotland (including me) who are horse hunting right now, would be interested to hear what you have.
