What websites would you recommend please for selling a yearling sports horse filly, whose sire is a GP dressage horse and whose dam lines are racers and eventers? She has had well over a thousand views on horsedeals but sadly no phone calls

Thanks!

I've no idea but I would imagine if the advert has had over 1000 views and not one call then I would imagine it may be the price or maybe the photos not being good enough? It is difficult to say without seeing it.
Have you got a link to the ad for us to look at?

amazed that you think she is too much money,. I would actually put the middle photo up as the main one, it is the first people see and is important, in the first one you have now she looks really bum high. Clearly you expect a yearling to be immature, but I do like the middle one better as a first view.

Good luck, I think yearlings are hard to sell in general though, not just your filly.

I do think she is lovely but in todays market a little overpriced.
The pics are really nice BTW
I think in a normal market she would fetch that money.
I would be tempted to keep her until it picks up a bit.
Good luck

If it's any compensation, Caderan, I've just put up a post asking if people actually buy 2 year olds/youngsters. I've had/am having exactly the same experience as you. I do not think your filly is overpriced, BTW, I think the price is about right. I am asking the same for my filly and I've had to keep her for another year (and at that price I am actually losing money if you add everything up)
