Adverts ARGHHHHH

Ok probably shouldn't be on this section but as this is the only part of the forum I take part in thought I should put it here. It's just that the adverts to the right hand side of the forum are driving me barmy (well barmier than I already am) the constant swirling, twirling and whirling of these adverts are destroying my enjoyment of the forum. Is there any way I can switch them off!!!!!!!!!!!

download adblock. You can get this for the browsers firefox and google chrome (not sure about internet explorer). Googling it should bring up the correct place to download it. Literally blocks most adverts and pop ups on all websites.
