Adverts stating "perfect as Xmas present"

Just noticing an increase, as we are so close to Xmas, in these types of ads. I feel bad for the horses as you know they are more than likely going to go to unsuitable home due to their low price tags and way the ads are worded. Of course these ads are on the likes of Facebook.

Saw one person looking for a colt/filly cheap as possible or free to give to her friend as a present.

Anyone else noticing this too??

Yes I have and it is wrong. The saying a dog not just for Christmas comes to mind, a horse not just for Christmas its for life
