planning a first time trip this year and am a bit bamboozled by the website, can anyone advise? Any good tips to help us get the most out of it? Where is best for accommodation etc?

Really the main thing we want to see is the Sat eve performance, the premium tickets are all sold out, where would be the next best place to try and get seats to get a good view of the puissance? If we want to go on Sat afternoon and Sunday as well can we just pay to get in or do we have to buy tickets for actual performances?

Many thanks!

The main arena is small so all seats give a decent view. The far corner by the entrance is grooms/owners etc and the back row is a bit poor for viewing. Caldene arena is tiny and all seats give a good view.

I have only gone as an owner but if I had paid for the premium seats I would have been unimpressed.

The ticket you buy is for access to both rings and the shopping but only reserves you a seat in the main ring (not Caldene)

Pretty much all seats in both rings give a good view as AA says

On the Sunday you can pay for a shopping only ticket but this won't get you in to either ring so if you want to watch a single class you'll need a ticket with a reserved seat in the main ring even if you don't use it

I only really go for the Caldene arena classes so just get the cheapest ones!

Why not treat yourselves to "champions bar"tickets, you get all day admission, and shopping area, and free tea and coffees and plenty of luxury seats with a great view.. We always do this for the sat or Sunday... Premier inn is the best for accommodation, there are plenty close by.
