Why do you think you would be too tall for a 16.2 - are you taller than WFP?

Could be taking a big risk - sold out of field and said it is too strong. Could be covering up a multitude of problems but perhaps I'm just a pessimist

How do you get a horse 16.2hh. from a haffy x cob?
Pretty colour but looks a hunter type from what I can see in the photo.

Could be worth a look as a project but if the ad is genuine and the vendor was over horsed they should let you look at the passport to get an idea of this mares history.
