I'm looking for 4'6" middleweight or heavyweight stable and turnout rugs for our yearling and wondered if anyone had tried Cuddly Pony rugs? Their stable rugs at least are competitively priced and it's this and the fact they might actually fit our yearling that attracts me to them.

She does have a lw 4'6" Amigo turnout which fits perfectly but I don't want to spend too much on her main indoor and outdoor rugs as she'll have outgrown them soon.

What makes would you recommend?

Hi, I bought my yearling Cuddly Pony rugs all last winter whilst she was still small enough for the range. She's now into 5'9" ones (Eeek!)

My only slight grumble would be that the neck cover on the combo version was too short for my filly's long WB/TB neck. But if you were going to use the standard cut rugs, should think they would be perfect for you. Mine lasted well, fitted well (except for the too short neck, as mentioned) and were warm and dry all winter.

Cuddly Ponies rugs fit my little 9.2hh shettie very well and he is a bit podgy! His Masta fly rugs are slightly more generous in size than his Cuddly Ponies one so I would recommend both of those rug makers!
