There are some topics already posted where I can see lots of people looking yet VERY little information actually given in the advert. People need as much information as possible as horses travel, names change etc

Advert Advice (taken from TracingEquines.co.uk)

It is best to get photos of your horse as close to the time when you bought/sold him from both sides and in summer/winter.

Make a list of what you know about your horse -

<ul type="square">
Age
Height
Breeding
Temperament
Any vices or hang-ups he may have
Health problems
Where you got him from
Where you sold him to
What year you sold/got him
[/list]

Add to the list any distinguishing marks he may have, such as whorls, scars, markings, where his freeze-mark is.

Don't forget to keep your adverts up to date with any fresh information that you find out and with up to date photos where possible.

Most importantly - Make sure your email address is valid and that your contact phone number is correct. If you change your phone number, how can people ring you ?
