Hi I am considering the idea of selling my pony, because of time restraints and financial reasons. However I have no idea how much he would be worth, so wondered if anyone could advise.
He's 14.2 6 years old, welsh X. He has the most gentle nature, loves people. He's great to do in everyway, easy to catch, load, groom, with farrier and vet. He hacks out great with other horses or with someone biking with him but is nervous on his own. He can be hacked alone as my instructor does it but as I dont have much confidence I prefer not to try as he will pick up on it. He doesnt do anything nasty he will just plant his feet and refuse to go. He's bombproof in traffic doesnt bat an eyelash. He schools nicely but is still green. He will canter and jump but is still young so would need a confident rider.
I am very reluctant to sell as he has such a lovely personality and I dont want him to get ruined by going to a bad home, therefore home is very important rather than price. Any ideas?
