Hi all!
Ok firstly I feel like a complete beginner even though have owned and bought horses on for twenty years as I have bought my first 2 year old. He has a brilliant personality which is the main reason for buying him! I stood looking at him for 2 hours today because I am unsure on a few things!?

He had his feet trimmed and today looks unsure on his back feet, not so much lame just not right. Is this normal on a baby?

Does anyone also have advice on what I should be looking at i.e bone etc to make sure he is going to be the sound happy all rounder im hoping for in a couple of years?

Thanks everyone! I love this forum!

Not sure about babies and no advice I'm afraid, but our mare has always looked a little footsore and almost as though her feet don't belong to her for the next few days after she's been shod and trimmed :)
