I moved to a new livery yard a few months ago thinking it would be a better place for my girlie. When l went to see the place one of the questions l asked was there all year turnout and l was told they where only in if the weather was really bad. Well all l can say is that she has been in 24/7 more than she has been out this time will be two weeks tom.

So l have asked my old livery yard if l could move back and they have said l can the thing is l am meant to give a months notice but l can`t wait that long as she is not really happy and turning into a right madam. So do l go next weekend l am not bothered about losing the livery l have paid but l am worried about losing my £100 deposit if the livery owner gets funny.

Thanks for looking x

The yard is not really keeping to the original terms offered, even if the weather is bad they should still get some turnout, even if restricted. I would state this and tell them you want the deposit back and the reasons you are leaving. 24/7 in a stable is not acceptable imo for any yard to do if they want to keep their clients.
