Noticed the last two days that Rosie has a hard lump just below her hock (rather a flattish lump if that makes sense) today it looked a lot bigger, she isn't lame nor is it painful to touch, any ideas what it is, was thinking splint of some sorts ??

A few photos not brill though !

Also this morning she came in with this lump on her left hock, it is a firm but squidy lump and is painful to touch any ideas, it is only slightly bigger than a large pea , some sort of bursae?

Sorry, I'm not sure what they could be. But if you are saying they hurt, I would be inclined to get your vet up to look at them for you.

Thanks Amy, vet has just been the bony lump is a splint
