Advice on a bit please

Hi

I've been looking around for a suitable bit for my welsh D mare (5yr old) and have had recommended to me, a Happy Mouth hanging cheek with a revolver centre?

What are these bits like? Or if anyone could recommend a nice bit? Currently in a fulmer french link.

Why do you need to change? What 'problems' are you having with her in her current bit?

Personally I LOVE the full cheek happy mouth double jointed snaffles for babies. I've found every youngster I have has gone well in it. But it depends what you need it for.

She's ok in the one she's in now apart from it being quite heavy. She had been shaking her head a lot in the school but i have had the dentist out this week and she seems a lots better. Had a lot of rasping done, had lots of waves.

I just want her to be happy in her mouth. she's very light in the mouth in the school and hacking it's just when i took her hunting that i found her difficult. Im not looking for a strong bit just one she's happy in. she's a baby and don't want to over bit her.

Maybe just a single jointed then to increase the nutcracker action a bit. People on here also seem to be really keen on the waterfords but I've not tried one myself.
