Hi!
I have currently ride my mare in a straight bar, happy mouth hanging cheek bit. I have been advised that for dressage hanging cheek and happy mouth bits make the horse very heavy and lean on your hands. I do find she often hangs on my hands and pulls me down.
She is quite sensitive in the mouth and isn't strong, I was wondering if anyone had an idea of a better bit that may help this and stop her hanging onto the bit . Is just a simple french link snaffle better?
thank you!
