ok so some of you may know that i am planning to apply to the racing school-just one issue. and that is confidence!
its in a funny way though-i am usually confident on my own horse its just SOMETIMES when i ride other horses i think about what could happen e.g bucking, falling off however once they do do it i'm fine and the nerves go! also when going for a fast canter/gallop on a field i 'nerve up' before hand but the minute i set off my nerves melt away and i really enjoy myself. i hope that has made sense? and do you have any advice
i was thinking one thing that could help-concentrating on what i can ask the horse to do whilst i'm riding instead of sitting imagining scenarios!
