Advice on contracts

I'm breaking in a pony for someone I know, but we have both decided to do a contract. What shall I put in it?

Its a services contract, so I would cover what you will be doing and the cost

Might be a good idea to put in something about insurance/what happens in the case of injury. If the pony is injured/becomes lame in your care, what do you do then? That sort of thing.

Who insures for what risk - third party liability, injury and death of the horse.
Duration and how that can be extended.
Termination if either side is unhappy and payment arrangements in that case.

Basically, think of all the horrible things that could go wrong and then agree how you would deal with them.
