advice on feeds?

Hello,
Is 2 scoops of mollichaff and 2 scoops of coarse mix a big enough and nutritional enough feed for a 15.3hh 6 year old ISH? He will be having haylage throughout the winter too:)

What size scoops? What work is he doing? How is his weight? How much Hayelage is he having? Does he have grazing? How long is a piece of string? What came 1st the chicken or the egg?...............................
 
he is ridden about 5 times a week, jumped once a week. He loses weight quite easily, he has constant supply to haylage, one feed per day and is out on good grazing overnight.
