Advice on hands

Hello I am getting my self a new lad he is a traditional cob and is standing at 10.3hh now his 6 mouths on the 7th November so in a few weeks I’m just wondering if anyone would know the round about Hands he will make x

Depends what his dam and sire stood at? Do you know?

Have you seen his mother, that's a big help? It depends a bit on how well grown he is there is quite a variation at that age. He won't make a big cob though, maybe 13hh. You'll be able to make a better estimate by next summer.

Thank you for your help his mother is 13.1 she is 3 year old and on the add. I found him on it says mother will make 14hh xx

Yeah I was thinking same time will tell eh it’s a waiting game isn’t it dads meant to be 14.3 but I’ve never seen him xx
