As title really.
Would like a biggish yard I think as horse is quite gregarious. I work full time, and so would want yard to bring in in the winter, but the rest I do myself, would like a knowlegeable yard owner, perhaps who gives lessons, and above all ................. nice other liveries!!! I work in Tiverton, and live 8 miles away, my current yard is 10 miles from home in the opposite direction, and I am therefore doing 40 miles a day on horse duty and 16 work wise - is working out VERY expensive!!!
