Advice on mounting my dancing filly

I have a four year old filly which was backed 3 months ago and was doing really well. About a month ago I let a friend ride her while I couldn't get to the yard. Now my mare dances around when I try to mount and wont stand still. There is no problem when riding just the mount.

She has been vet checked and there is nothing wrong with her back and the saddle fit.

Any tips on how I can calm her for the mount would be most welcome.

get on and off on and off on and off.....untill shes bored.

youngsters can be easily spooked when getting on make sure you dont touch her back with your legs maybe your friend did by accident??

I have cured this by leaning forward and offering a polo when on board....the horse learns to stand toget the polo....

Can you get someone to hold her for you. My boy went through a stage of not letting me mount and l got someone to hold him for a week or so and he was fine after that never had a problem since.
