Advice on what looks like small blisters

My horse has a couple of, what looks like, cold sores/blisters on his lips, they are circular and are only on his lip line, they appeared yesterday. They dont seem to bother him, i have put some sudocrem on but i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas??

Could be bot fly lavae entering the lips. Will be addressed when you worm with the correct wormer.
