Advice on what make of saddle to choose

Help - we need a saddle that suits a tall rider and a (relatively) small horse.
The man is 6'2" and the horse is a 16hh Trakehner mare.
The saddle needs to work both for SJ and XC
Which saddle do the Mark Todd look-alike event riders use?

I've got a Mark Todd event saddle which is a fab design, I'm very long hip to knee and it fits me perfectly, is definitely designed for the taller (or odd shaped like me!!!) rider, obviously as made by MT!!! Would recommend have had mine for about 8 years and it still looks great.
