hi guys as you know we sold are coloured. a lady is now asking for comition.what happen was we were at a show and the lady said i like your coloured i said we are selling him and b4 i knew it she had dragged me off to some people saying they want a youngster and she left. now this morning she has text me asking for some money for helping us sell him... we took alot less for him than we wanted is she right to do this when all she did was drag me off to some pll and i never even asked her if she knew anyone

what should i do i have no money to give her
 
It sounds like someone is trying their luck! In my opinion what she did sounds like a friendly gesture, by no means did she encourage the sale, she just introduced you to someone who may be interested and then left. I agree with Pinkweasal if there was no formal contract I'd tell her where to go!
 
don't say anything, just ignore it, how did she get your number. Perhaps you should bill her for the money you didn't make as she introduced you to the buyer in the first place soit was her fault you sold for less!
 
Oh commission...sorry , it took me a while to work that one out !

Just say to the chancer "Sorry, we don't pay introducer's fees. Maybe the buyers would be interested in paying you a finder's fee, though" You don't HAVE to talk to this crazy woman at all, legally she hasn't got a leg to stand on. If she carries on pestering you, tell her to clear off.
 
i know of the lady she does all the pony club things and her kids went to same school as me when i was younger too so it aint like she is a strangers which is worse
 
I think in your position I would be quite taken aback by the outright cheek of this woman. The best thing to do in my opinion is to just ignore her like hch4971 said. I very much doubt she'll have the cheek to push the matter further and if she does just politely explain that whilst you appreciate her introducing you to a potential buyer you do not feel that what she did was more than a friendly gesture and that you definately do not owe her commission. It also might be worth adding that you actually made a loss on the youngster thanks to her tip off.
