Advice please-Lucinda Green Breeches

I got some Lucinda Green breeches about a month ago. I have a pair for comps which have been fab, but I wanted an everyday pair, so got some blue ones. I had them for about a month and only rode in them. When I took them off they have ripped on the seam where the seat is. Do you think this is acceptable or should I complain? My others have been fine.

Complain - I had a canary pair and the waistband came unstitched the first time I wore them. I think the manufacturer is called Zebra products and they are made in Asia!!

Thanks. I don't think I have the receipt but there on my bank statement. My other pair have been wonderful, but these are crap. I paid nearly £100 for them
