I know I'm probably over-reacting, but I'm a bit worried about Maiden and need some advice and/or reassurance. Firstly, the background - she has been out with a 3yo since July, they've got on ok and mostly Maiden likes to wander off on her own but they're fairly attached. New 2yo arrived today, distantly related to Darcy, and they're like 2 peas in a pod. I didn't see them when she arrived, but I've just been up to the field to find Maiden stood at one end of the field looking depressed, not eating (she ate a carrot but isn't interested in grass which is unusual for this time of day), and she's rather sweaty from having run around. Darcy and Libs are at the opposite end of the field grazing inches from eachother. By the looks of things they've totally rejected Maiden and she's not happy about it. Thankfully *touch wood* she's sound still, and her legs are fine (all unshod and no kick marks on any either). She's not normally that quiet and un-interested in food, and she keeps looking over at the two babies. I'm a bit worried she's going to be chased off by them two now and ignored, but I'll give it a couple of weeks and see how it goes before I start worrying properly.
The thing I'm really worried about is that she's so wet. She's got a huge coat and has been roughed off, and has been warm every morning. However I have no experience with horses who are out and un-rugged... stupid question but will she be ok being wet when it gets frosty cold later? She's not exactly skinny (rather overweight

) but she's lost a fair amount of belly today from running around. I'm just worried she'll catch a chill and couple that with being unhappy anyway due to being pushed out of the "herd" and I'll have an ill horsey.
Any advice? Am I being a wuss? Or am I right to be worried?
Oh and if it makes any difference, Libs arrived at 11am so technically Maiden shouldn't still be sweaty from the initial run around!

HH - I haven't got any facilites where I am to dry her off - no stable, no field shelter, nothing. I can go up and take a towel to her and stick a lightweight on? Or would that make her more chilly as it would flatten her coat?
CS - I checked her about 30 mins ago and she was wet
