This is a horrible post to be writing but I am just after some advice really.
Unfortunatly my mum has been made redundant and in the current climate is really struggeling to find another job (also in debt) I am starting uni this year and work all the spare time I have but it only pays for my living, car and 1 horse.
We cannot afford to keep my mare (I will be keeping my youngster) We tried a while ago to sell her (didn't put lot's of effort into it tbh) just so we were more comfortable with money etc.
She is a very hard horse to sell. Needs a lot of work, imo would make a fab broodmare or companion, she would happily stand in a field 24/7
She is only 7 and still has the potential to make a nice riding horse with a lot of work put into her.
I don't want her going just anywhere, she is the mother of my youngster, she really is a sweet horse and deserves to go somewhere loving and permanant.
I have no idea what to do, she was advertised for months, had a few people interested but nothing came of it.
My mum ends her job end of August so something really needs to be sorted then.
Any idea's as to what I can do?
