Advise please

Where we hack there is a indian war memorial which is currently having work done to it, the builders have dug up some earth than literally taken it up 200 yards so it is right by the gate we need to use to get to further fields. Our horses are petrified of it as these are literally 6ft piles of dirt that they are not used to seeing is there anything we can do?

Im guessing your YO knows about this? Would they not be able to have a word with them?

just show them its nothing to be scared of! Let them watch you jump on the pile and you will find that if you de-sensitise them they will probably eat the pile of dirt!

could work its just hard as pickle is so hugeeeee and strong I can barely get him near it and when I do he immediatly just turns round and begins to walk home!

YO knows but we never seem to see the builders! no one has seen them but all there stuff is always in diffrent places and new holes appear all the time!
