im going to a mare for the second time next tuesday her owners said she goes alot more faster after the jumps, so can i please have some advice on how to stop this

First I'd see her ridden by owner over said jumps a couple of times and see if she gets faster as she goes along, could be she's not been schooled properly or owner heavy handed, then try her out, just school her over 1 jump and see if she comes back to you or if wants to tank off.

I think you should avoid... she doesn't make a good shape over the jump... and the stop at the fillers the first time just looked naughty
