I looked into getting these. In the end I bought Neo-Ice bandages which are excellent. Really easy and quick to do, cools the leg but also offers support. Love them for after XC.
Are these the blue ones? If so very good, have had mine about 5 years now and still going strong. Dont slip if put on correctly and cover the knee and down to the fetlock joint
If you want them to retain the "cool" factor, then make sure you use ice in the water and soak them for a good 20 mins
I have another pair and they always slip, so would recommend the blue ones!
We have them for ours because they're sooo easy! Ice Tight is so messy..
Couldn't comment on their scientific effectiveness when compared with clay but we just put them in icy water (Don't freeze them!!) then put them on for a few hours. Seem to work well as none of ours have had any puffiness the next day after using them.
