HW - I think your poll is too vague for people to respond to. Also box 1 and box 2 don't have any intuitive links and besides, the question/answer options in box 2 are far, far too restrictive. I think that's why you haven't had any answers. Perhaps you could think through what information you're trying to get and maybe redesign the poll?
