After 8 months finally sold youngster!!

Last sept I put 6 yr old novice eventer for sale, sent him to sales livery, had several prospective buyers, but never sold, he was costing a fortune in livery( I had lost his rider to uni) so in feb I brought him home, put him in the field , then just by chance a local young rider who is in under 21 GB team, saw him , offered to take him on loan, And now last night she said she loves him, has done well in last 3 events, and wants to buy him! Can't believe my luck and his, he will be so well looked after there. What a weight off my mind.

Awesome news - recently been in the same boat. My 5yr old lost his rider to final year exams and weekend work. I now have a lovely 16yr old who has taken him on lease - with right of purchase to do what ever she would like to do with him.

Such a relief as I hate them sitting in the paddock doing nothing
