My first horse is getting deliverd by her owners tomorrow what do I do when she gets home? Do I walk her round then put her in he field or just put her in the field or put her in the stable? Thank you

It depends, what is she used to? where are the other horses going to be? I usually keep them in the first day/ night but will have another in for company so they can settle and I can observe how they are, spend a little time with them, sort out rugs and tack to fit and possibly have a short ride.
I will put them out the following day usually near but not in with another horse, then gradually get them into a routine so they can go out with the others once they have met over the fence, if you want to turn her out the first day there is no reason not to as long as someone is able to watch to make sure all is well, she may settle better if she is used to being out but if she has been kept in she may gallop about rather a lot.

Put them in the stable with a nice bed and haynet, let them relax and have a look at what is going on on the yard (you need other horses in eyesight for them). Perhaps lead out later on for a leg stretch and pick of grass if there is a verge etc.

I'd turn out the second day, ideally either on its own over the fence from other horses or out with another quiet horse for a day or two. If they are going to end up in a herd in a larger field ideally lead them around the borders of the field then, if your yard will let you, put them out initially with quieter, less bossy horses. Then gradually introduce the bossier ones.
