Lunged my pony today, first time after 3 months box rest.. He was "fresh" to say the least..
I have to get on him tomorrow..

After today I have a feeling I will be decked at least once tomorrow, anyone have any superglue?

On the up side it's not too far to fall (5ftish) and it'll be nice to get back on after so long, even if it only is for a few seconds!

Haha oh dear that might be interesting...
Can you not spend a few days lunging first before getting on? There's no point in rushing if he's come straight out of box rest.
Hope you get on ok either way

The vet wants me to get on because too much lunging is going to put too much stress on the foot he's injured and I have more control of speed when I'm riding (although I'm not too sure that'll be the case) but it'll be fun anyway
