I am actually a creative director as well so can't even blame lack of competence on how to resize pictures etc...

Think it is technically bigger than specified, but looks fine to me and even the ridiculously huge ones don't seem to get any trouble so you should be fine size wise. It looks great, i love the wiggly lip ball picture

It's around somewhere, hidden in the deepest depths of HHO. Maybe the PG? I couldn't find it either when i made mine, so mine's probably wrong too, but i remember someone pointing that out

I was told by the knowledgeable ladies in the soapbox that it should be max 575x100 pixels. Mine is smaller now.

It took around 3 minutes to do (but I have all the software and am used to it) I'll help you if you want, PM me for email address. x
