Remember my Archie, the horse who would never jump again, then would never be ridden again AND who the vet wanted to PTS just before xmas?...............You were all SO supportive and wonderful through the really hard times, so I thought you like to know that after spending the winter turned away, Ive been SLOWELY bringing him back into work and guess what??? HE'S STILL SOUND!!!!

And yesterday I plucked up the courage to hack him out round the gallops on our own (yes, I had my body protector on!!) Now bear in mind, he's not hacked out for over a year, BUT he was a STAR!! Eyes abit on storks, but he was fab, Mummys clever little soilder

I cant tell you how happy I am with him, my face hurt on Sunday from smiling SO much when we had a little jump

Ill try and get some pics for you next time, but Ill keep you all updated with our progress.

wow when i saw the archie name i thought the only one i knew was you!!! thats fab news! im not really sure on what happened to him but i thought it was quite final so doubley great news? wasnt he a bit of a handful too? so do you still have the 2 ?

Its FABBY news, I really did think he would just be a field ornament!! And Yep, he can be a MASSIVE handful, but since he's been at the new yard, he's SO settled and chilled. It makes such a massive difference when a horse is happy at a yard. Yep again, still have the 2 and my other one is going FAB aswell, again, so chilled and relaxed. Im really enjoying my horses since moveing them, as long as they are happy, Im happy

Did you stick with your new horsey job in the end or have you moved on. When you mentioned changing yards wasn't sure, How are you doing?
