Took Bex the Demon Labrador to his first beginner's agility class and it was fantastic fun! He did the jumps and the tunnel and the weaving - there's no class this week because they are picking up the contact equipment but next week it'll be the whole lot!

It sure is! LOL

You'll start off with one dog & a weekly lesson!

Then you'll start going to shows.......& get a tent.....& a second dog!

Three years down the line, you'll have......4 or 5 dogs.......a caravan.......a 4x4.........a full set of agility equipment in the garden......& an even bigger overdraft than you have now!

Noooooo, don't say that.

I've graduated to displays, but not to competitions. My little girlie is fractionally over midi, but declines to jump standard, so we just do it for fun.

My eldest boy is going to start my mother's terrier off next week. Oh dear, is this the beginning of the end?

I don't compete any more but haven't they dropped 'full height' from 2'6" down to 2'? She must jump 2' surely - what breed is she?

I'll check the heights when I go on Friday.

She's a spaniel x - it's all in her mind - she's quite capable if she wants to

Periodically I try her over a standard jump, but she's not dead keen, although hurtles round a middie course with 'gay abandon'.

I don't worry too much - she's only 2 so it might come with a bit more confidence.
