Agnus Castus and Cushings

Has anyone ever had a problem with horses becoming scurfy and itchy when recieving Agnus Castus supplementation for Cushings?

My cushings pony is on pergolide but he also as scurfy itchy skin makes me wonder wether it,s another sympton of cushings, possibly because of the long hairy coat.

My Cushings pony had scurfy itchy skin too -one of the symptoms and she had it before I tried Agnus Castus. I've now got her on Pergolide and her coat seems much better.

My Cushings boy is scurfy, but not itchy atm ... was in the summer as he had Mange from the horrid biting midges

.... so I do not think it is the Agnus Castus, so I would not stop using it for your horse, if you are.
