This wonderful black and tan teddy bear is amazing.

When she arrived between Christmas and New Year we were her 4th home in as many months. We have been constantly watching out for reasons why she ended up being passed from pillar to post and thus far have come up with none at all. She is fantastic.

Her over exuberance while playing with the JRT has settled down loads, she is eating well and her little tail never stops wagging. We are making progress with the cats too, she can be in a room off lead with the little blighters tormenting her by sitting just out of reach through the stair gate with no problems. She is initially excited then just gives a sigh and goes to lie down :)

She is still sick, but not as often, and the vet thinks it is/was a stress reaction. She can be stood looking at you, tail wagging and just throw up with no heaving or warning at all. There is nowt wrong with though, so hopefully the puking will decrease with time.

This morning she was on 'Operation Charm The Guests', when a couple came into the dining room as we were having our breakfast. She wagged tail, offered paw, and her final piece de resistance was to throw herself dramatically on her back for belly tickles with a look of extacy on her face! This evening she had me crying with laughter chasing the torch light out in the garden. She really is bonkers and we love her so much. We really didn't think we would ever find another dog to take the place of Lola in our hearts. Perhaps Lola sent us Elsie as we weren't looking for another dog, she just sort of found us.

Here is another gratuitous photo of the beautiful Elsie :D

She has made herself very much at home and wormed her way into your affections, she was indeed sent to you at the right time and has helped fill the huge hole that Lola left.

It certainly makes you wonder why lots of people have given her up, Ive had the same thing and have come to the conclusion that some people should never own a dog.
