Got up the yard on Friday to my mate telling me that there was no way I'd ever get clippers next to the boy. She clipped her mare outside his stable and he was snorting at the back of the stable and generally freaking out. She said that she tried to get them near him (as she knew we'd be tackling this soon) but not a chance.
Well 30 mins later, alot of snorting and alot of patience, I had the clippers on and vibrating happily on his belly!
Funny how you can work around things when you know your own horse that other people can't.......shame I can't learn to shoe quickly - would save me a fortune!
